The Annual General Meeting is the main event in the AHS calendar. Elections are held for the three executive committee positions of President, Secretary and Treasurer. Motions and proposed changes to the constitution of the AHS are put forward, discussed and voted upon. In addition the Executive and Officers update the caucus and attendees on the activities of the AHS since the last AGM. In short, it’s the part of the weekend where you get to make your voices heard and contribute towards how the AHS functions on a national level!
The voting body of the AHS is the caucus which consists of the President or chair of each AHS member society and one other designated member of their committee, as well as the members of the AHS board.
